As a general rule, we do not disclose personal information to any third party entity. However, we do on occasion drop ship items from our suppliers and will need to provide them with your Name, Address and Phone Number. These suppliers also have an agreement not to disclose your information.

We do use a third party payment processor where you will enter your payment information directly. They keep your information secure and do not disclose your information. Chrysalis Acres at no point has access to your payment information.

C. TRACKING WEBSITE ACCESS

We do track the IP address of the computer used to place an order. This information is only used to authenticate an order in the rare case that an order is disputed.

We do track items viewed and items placed in shopping cart but not purchased. This information will help us to improve our site and provide a better user experience.
