Chrysalis Acres may occasionally need to temporarily close one or all locations due to staffing issues or other reasons on short or no notice. We will process online orders in a timely manner upon being back in the shop. All timeframes given for processing of orders and arrival of products are subject to change without notice. We will minimize disruptions within our control but there are many situations outside of our control including but limited to manufacturer delays and postal carrier delays.

Chrysalis Acres will notify a customer when possible of delays to orders but this is not always possible. Customers accept that there may be unexpected delays and have the right to cancel an order before processing and shipping. If customer cancels the order after processing and shipping the customer is responsible for returning items at their expense. Refunds for product cost and tax only will be processed after items have been received at one of our locations in New condition. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the wrong product was shipped.

Products may be shipped from any of our locations or directly from manufacturer but returns will be processed by our Freeport location even if products are returned to one of our other locations.
